Start your guarantee claim

Most battery issues are actually a flat battery that just needs charging — not a fault. This short walkthrough will help you work out what's happening and, if it is a genuine guarantee case, get a visit booked.

Step 1 — Find your booking

Enter your booking reference and vehicle registration. We'll check the battery is still within its guarantee period before we start.

Look for this in your original booking confirmation email — it's a number like #12345.
